I was disappointed with this shirt. I washed it once, just a normal wash, and the print already started cracking. The fabric also felt really thin, not the kind of quality I expected. I actually bought it to wear on a weekend trip, and instead I ended up digging out an old shirt from my closet, which somehow still looks better after years of use. Anyway, not happy with this one at all...

I got my order and it was the right stuff, so that was good. Nothing was missing or weird with it, and I didn’t have any problems. Just kind of exactly what I ordered, which is nice.

I had a little issue with my order and, like usual with online shopping, I kind of assumed it was going to turn into a whole thing. But customer service actually got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise.

They were friendly, explained what was going on, and got it sorted without making me jump through a million hoops. You know how most places just send those generic copy-paste replies and hope you go away? This didn’t feel like that at all.

The shirt showed up fine after everything was fixed, and I’d definitely order again. Overall it was just one of those rare easy customer service experiences that makes you feel like every company should be doing it this way...

A few of the shirt ideas were okay, but most of the designs felt a little too busy or outdated to me. Because of that, I just couldn’t see myself wearing them much. Not really my style overall.

I don’t think it’s worth the price. The wording made it sound like you’d be getting more than you actually do, so I was disappointed when it arrived. For what you get, it just feels too expensive

I thought the shipping estimate meant my order would arrive much sooner, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The wording made it sound faster than it actually was, which was frustrating.

Using the site was a little frustrating, honestly. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to click around more than I should’ve just to find sizing info. Checkout did go through in the end, but I had to refresh the page once, which was annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything… just more of a hassle than I was hoping for

I’ll give 26shirts.com credit, the design on the shirt is really nice and probably the best part of the whole thing. Unfortunately, the sizing was not it for me. I ordered my usual size, and it felt weirdly snug right away, especially around the chest and arms. Then after one wash, it somehow felt even tighter. So yeah, cute shirt in theory, but unless you enjoy feeling like you borrowed someone else’s laundry, I’d definitely size up.

From what I remember, it wasn’t really clear how much of my purchase actually went to the charity. I liked the idea, but I wish they had been more upfront about the exact amount donated.
